Job Summary

The Client Account Representative will serve as a primary point of contact for assigned accounts ensuring exceptional service delivery and long-term relationship development. This role combines strategic communication client support and account coordination to maintain satisfaction and identify opportunities for growth.

The ideal candidate is professional detail-oriented and confident in managing client relationships while aligning services with organizational objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and nurture relationships with assigned client accounts

  • Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal departments

  • Understand client needs and recommend appropriate programs or solutions

  • Monitor account performance and ensure service standards are met

  • Prepare reports updates and account documentation

  • Identify opportunities for account expansion and client retention

  • Resolve client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner

  • Support the onboarding process for new clients
