We are seeking a highly organized and client-focused Client Support Associate to join our Fort Worth this role you will serve as a key point of contact between our clients and internal departments ensuring seamless communication and exceptional service delivery.

Responsibilities
Serve as the primary liaison for assigned client accounts
Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries and requests

Monitor service performance and proactively address potential concerns
Assist in preparing reports presentations and client documentation
Support account management and operational processes
