We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive People & Engagement Administrator to support our core HR operations. This role is focused on maintaining accurate and timely employee data within our HRIS (Oracle) and supporting key employee lifecycle processes.
You will play an important role in ensuring data accuracy compliance and smooth day-to-day People & Engagement operations across the business.
You will be responsible for:
Accurately entering and maintaining employee data in the HRIS including new starters contract changes and terminations
Updating employee records such as personal details job titles reporting lines and organisational changes
Reviewing and validating HR data to ensure accuracy completeness and consistency
Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes through system updates and documentation
Generating standard employment documentation using templates and system data
Responding to basic employee queries relating to personal data and HR systems
Escalating system or data issues where required
Providing general administrative support to the People & Engagement team
Qualifications :
Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in data entry
Good organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
Strong communication and teamwork skills
High level of discretion and ability to manage confidential information
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and systems; experience with HRIS (Oracle or similar) is advantageous
Relevant administrative or HR studies (or working towards) desirable but not essential
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and develop within HR
