This is a key strategic role within the school responsible for leading data systems assessment tracking and reporting processes that directly support school improvement and pupil progress.

The Role
Leading the management and development of the schools data and MIS systems
Overseeing assessment data collection analysis and reporting
Producing detailed performance reports for senior leaders and governors
Managing census returns and statutory data submissions
Ensuring data accuracy integrity and compliance with GDPR
Supporting staff with the effective use of assessment tracking systems
Developing and refining internal data processes to improve efficiency
Line managing data or administrative support staff where applicable
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
Significant experience working with school data and MIS systems (e.g. SIMS Arbor Bromcom)
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex datasets
Experience producing performance and progress reports
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
A proactive and solutions-focused approach
The ability to communicate data clearly to non-specialist audiences
