PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Excellent customer service and value adding for customers to ensure maximum profitability and satisfaction.
- Analysing and identifying target clients based on TGFs Global Sales Strategy using the following demographics: annual turnover Industry segment key trade lanes proven system connectivity growth mode senior management relationships.
TGFs Offering & Industry Knowledge:
- Provide ongoing market feedback and evidence of competitor pricing to ensure ongoing competitive pricing
- Provide market feedback on product offering and solution design to develop TGFs offering to stay ahead of the market
- Meet regularly with Line Management to review Sales Pipeline and Opportunities and identify where TGFs Offering and Value Added Services can be promoted

- This is actual revenue recorded monthly on all revenue streams of business signed by the Business Development Executive

Minimum 9 x calls per week (including 3 x New Calls)
- All calls to be inserted in Sales Force system generated reports
- New biz calls Qualified sales visits where BDE is visiting customer for the First time. SF to reflect the Introduction when NEW sales calls are recorded

Sales Force Compliance
- All accounts captured onto SF system need to be compliant according to mandatory information requirements
- Sales Pipeline updated weekly
- Handovers to be done correctly and timeously.
