| Role Purpose | The Product Experience Manager will be responsible for owning and enhancing the end-to-end experience of exchange products across trading post-trade and market access journeys. The role will work closely with business technology operations risk and compliance teams to ensure products are user-friendly regulatory compliant operationally robust and scalable while driving adoption and market confidence. |
| Key Job Responsibilities |
| 1. Product Experience Ownership -
Own the end-to-end participant experience for assigned exchange products across trading clearing settlement and reporting flows. -
Identify experience gaps operational pain points and inefficiencies faced by trading members clearing members and institutional participants. -
Drive simplification and consistency of product workflows without compromising risk controls or regulatory compliance. 2. Business & Regulatory Alignment -
Interpret regulatory guidelines circulars and policy changes issued by SEBI and translate them into clear product and system requirements. -
Ensure all product enhancements and changes adhere to regulatory norms audit requirements and internal governance frameworks. -
Support regulatory filings clarifications and internal approvals in coordination with compliance and legal teams. 3. Product Enhancements & New Launches -
Lead requirement definition functional specifications and user journeys for new products instruments order types or feature enhancements. -
Collaborate with technology teams through development UAT mock trading and production rollout. -
Plan and execute product launches including member communication documentation FAQs and training material. 4. Stakeholder Management -
Act as a single point of contact between business users trading members operations risk compliance and technology teams. -
Engage with brokers institutions and other market participants to capture feedback and usage insights. -
Work closely with clearing corporations and internal ops teams to ensure seamless post-trade experience. 5. Monitoring & Continuous Improvement -
Monitor product performance adoption trends operational incidents and participant feedback post-launch. -
Analyze transaction data exception reports and member complaints to identify improvement opportunities. -
Drive continuous optimization of product experience documentation clarity and user support processes. 6. UX & Experience Design Responsibilities -
Strong UX mindset with the ability to design and influence clear compliant and risk-safe user journeys for complex financial market products -
Own and continuously improve the end-to-end user journeys across trading order management risk clearing settlement reporting and support touchpoints. -
Apply strong UX thinking to simplify complex transaction-heavy workflows for brokers traders institutional participants and internal operations teams. |
| Skills & Competencies Required |
| Functional & Domain Skills -
Strong understanding of capital/commodity markets including cash derivatives or commodity segments. -
Hands-on exposure to exchange trading systems Order Management System /Risk Management System clearing & settlement processes. -
Sound knowledge of exchange regulations market structure and participant workflows. -
Experience in product management business analysis or product experience roles within financial market infrastructure/ BFSI platforms/ Fintech setups. Technical & Analytical Skills -
Ability to write clear business and functional requirement documents. -
Comfortable working with technology teams on APIs system flows test cases and UAT. -
Strong analytical mindset to interpret data logs incident trends and user behaviour. -
