Profile:HR Manager-Textile-Surat-1 L
Experience:Minimum 10-15 Years (Factory / Textile / Manufacturing preferrable)
Salary Range: 50k to 1L
Roles:

Develop and implement HR policies and strategies aligned with company growth and production targets
-
Prepare and maintain clear Job Descriptions (JD) and Job Specifications (JS) for all departments
-
Design implement and monitor KRA & KPI systems across departments linked to productivity quality and discipline
-
Conduct structured performance review cycles (half-yearly & annual) and align increments/promotions with measurable performance
-
Ensure full statutory compliance (PF ESIC Bonus Gratuity Factory Act Labour Laws etc.)
-
Handle end-to-end recruitment onboarding confirmation and exit formalities
-
Manage payroll coordination attendance leave management and HR MIS reporting
-
Drive employee engagement and culture-building activities suitable for both shopfloor and managerial staff
-
Implement reward & recognition programs to improve retention and morale
-
Handle human relations & industrial relations including grievance handling disciplinary actions and conflict resolution
-
Maintain smooth communication between management and workforce to ensure a healthy work environment
-
Support plant heads and management in manpower planning and workforce productivity improvement
-
Develop training & development initiatives for supervisors and line leaders
Qualification:
- Graduate - Mandatory
- MBA - HR / MSW / PGDM in HR is a plus
