Job Title - Salesforce Quality Assurance Manager
Experience - 10-15 Years
Location - Bangalore (Hybrid)
Notice - Immediate to 15 Days
Responsibilities:
As a Salesforce QA Manager you will lead the quality assurance strategy for Salesforce implementations ensuring robust testing processes compliance with standards and delivery of high-quality solutions. You will be responsible for defining QA strategies managing QA teams and ensuring the delivery of high-quality Salesforce solutions that meet business and technical requirements. This role requires strong leadership technical expertise in Salesforce and a passion for driving excellence in a fast-paced environment.
QA Strategy & Planning:
- Define and implement comprehensive QA strategies for Salesforce projects (Sales Cloud Service Cloud Marketing Cloud Experience Cloud etc.).
- Establish and enforce QA best practices standards and processes aligned with Agile/DevOps methodologies.
- Collaborate with project managers developers and business analysts to ensure test coverage and quality objectives.
Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers and testers across multiple geographies.
- Manage resource allocation performance reviews and skill development plans.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and quality excellence.
Test Management:
- Oversee the creation and execution of test plans test cases and test scripts for functional regression integration and UAT testing.
- Ensure test automation strategies are implemented using tools like Selenium Provar TestNG or similar.
- Manage defect tracking triaging and resolution processes using tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Act as the primary QA point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide regular updates on QA metrics risks and mitigation plans.
- Participate in requirement reviews design discussions and sprint planning sessions.
Compliance & Risk Management:
- Ensure compliance with security data integrity and regulatory standards.
- Implement quality control processes.
- Provide quality metrics and reporting to stakeholders.
- Analyze and improve quality metrics.
Skills & Experience
- 10 years of experience in QA with at least 5 years in Salesforce testing.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform including Sales Cloud Service Cloud and Lightning.
- Hands-on experience with test automation tools (Provar Selenium TestNG).
- Proficiency in test management tools (e.g. JIRA Zephyr TestRail).
- Strong understanding of quality assurance principles
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Excellent leadership communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce certifications (e.g. Salesforce Administrator Platform App Builder or QA-specific certifications) are a plus
- Experience with API testing and integration validation.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and QA best practices
- Knowledge of performance testing and security testing practices.
- Familiarity with test data management and environment management tools.
