Job Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Program Director (London)
- Own day-to-day execution of the Product Program in India
- Lead and mentor Program Associates ensuring accountability delivery quality and professional development.
- Govern RAID processes - ensuring full documentation follow-up and clear escalation paths.
- Facilitate program-level agile ceremonies and product team ceremonies including PI Planning Sprint Reviews Retrospectives and cross-team stand-ups.
- Provide support to the Release Train Engineer (RTE) team: align work across multiple teams manage dependencies and drive program increment execution.
- Provide support to the Scrum Masters: remove blockers protect teams from distractions and coach them in Agile best practices.
- Drive adoption of JIRA and Confluence while managing dual tooling with Azure DevOps (ADO) during transition.
- Design and maintain dashboards and executive-level reports that provide visibility into the deliver progress KPIs and OKRs.
- Ensure Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) are clearly defined (Epics > Features > Stories) and link upwards to Business Value & Outcomes.
- Lead financial tracking of ROI and Epic-based budgeting; contribute to wider program financials and budgeting requirements.
- Manage metrics reporting across the program of work - from team-level (backlog depth sprint predictability etc.) to program-level (ROI and value realisation).
- Partner with Product Managers Tech Leads and Data Engineers to ensure alignment of priorities and milestones.
- Represent the Program Director in India during Governance forums and stakeholder engagements.
- Contribute to strategic decisions on ways of working tooling and program scaling.
Candidate Profile :
- Experience: 10-12 years in Program/Project Management in global multi-workstream environments.
- Proven track record of leading transformation of change programs at scale.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and ability to act in roles equivalent to Scrum Master and RTE.
- Expertise in Atlassian tools (JIRA Confluence JIRA Product Discovery) and strong working knowledge of Azure DevOps (ADO).
- Understanding or working within a Product Development Life Cycle (PDLC).
- Strong understanding of how WBS is aligned to Business Outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability to instil attention to detail and hold teams accountable to the same standard.
- Experience facilitating ceremonies remove blockers and keep delivery teams aligned.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills: confident engaging senior executives while also hands-on with delivery teams.
It would be advantageous if you had some of the following:
- Exposure to scaled agile frameworks (SAFe scrum kanban) in practice.
- Advanced presentation skills (PowerPoint) for senior stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Jobs-To-Be-Done (JTBD) and Human-Centred Design (HCD) to support the wider Product Team when required.
- Experience in financial tracking of ROI and Epic-based funding.
- Personal skills: resilient collaborative organised proactive capable of operating independently and leading teams.
- Ability to design and manage metrics reporting frameworks across teams and programs.
- Analytical skills with experience in delivery metrics portfolio reporting and financial / resource tracking.
- Competence in creating program governance frameworks and driving adoption.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills able to influence across geographies and cultures.
- Industry background in Financial Services Benchmarking or Data Analytics.
- Familiarity with OKR frameworks and business value measurement.
- Previous Experience managing distributed teams across time zones.
