In This Role You Will:
- Build highperforming email and SMS campaigns that lift lead generation and conversion
- Develop automated journeys that enhance nurturing streamline onboarding and improve customer outcomes
- Strengthen segmentation strategies to drive more relevant personalised communications
- Implement dynamic personalisation that boosts engagement and clickthrough performance
- Ensure seamless data flow and platform integrity to enable a unified reliable customer view
- Translate performance insights into optimisation actions that improve marketing effectiveness
- Drive continuous uplift through structured testing that enhances key campaign metrics
- Champion compliant bestpractice marketing automation that builds trust and supports scalable growth
Qualifications :
- At least 3 - 5 years of handson Marketing Cloud experience to deliver advanced datadriven marketing
- Applies strong SQL proficiency to enable accurate segmentation and insightled decisionmaking
- Uses AMPscript to create personalised scalable customer experiences
- Builds complex automated journeys that strengthen nurturing and conversion outcomes
- Applies deep knowledge of email best practice and deliverability to maximise engagement
- Integrates Marketing Cloud with Salesforce to support a unified reliable customer view
- Ability to leverage analytics tools to translate performance data into meaningful optimisation opportunities
