Job Summary

Our client is a large NSW Government Organisation who are seeking a Salesforce Scrum Master to join their team
In this role you will act as a coach supporting cross functional Salesforce teams while working closely with a Product Owner to ensure effective prioritisation stakeholder alignment and sustainable delivery. You will play a key role in helping the Product Owner manage competing priorities stakeholder demand and delivery flow using Azure DevOps and ServiceNow while maintaining a strong focus on value quality and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate and coach agile delivery practices within Salesforce delivery teams ensuring effective use of Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning daily stand-ups backlog refinement sprint reviews and retrospectives.
- Partner closely with a Product Owner to support backlog refinement prioritisation sprint readiness and stakeholder alignment while preserving clear accountability for product decisions.
- Support the Product Owner by helping manage stakeholder expectations competing priorities and demand intake enabling focus on value-driven delivery.
Selection Criteria:
- Minimum 5 years experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead in complex enterprise-scale environments supporting large implementations platform enhancements and ongoing operational delivery. Strong understanding of Scrum and Agile principles with the ability to coach Product Owners and teams on effective practices.
- Deep expertise in Scrum and Agile frameworks and hands-on experience using Azure DevOps Boards for backlog management sprint planning dependency tracking and delivery reporting.
- Experience working with ServiceNow for demand intake incidents and change processes and experience delivering Salesforce solutions across one or more Salesforce clouds (e.g. Sales Service Experience Marketing and Omni studio).

Required Skills:
1. Relevant tertiary qualification in human resources management or business or equivalent experience in the provision of generalist human resources advice and consultancy services. 2. Previous proven experience in leading organisational change projects in complex environments. 3. Strong understanding of change management methodologies including relevant employment laws regulations and policies.
