What Youll Be Doing
The Customer Communications Specialist is responsible for creating and managing high-quality customer-focused content across email SMS and App push notifications. This role builds campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) drives performance through reporting and analysis and collaborates with stakeholders to deliver strategic uplift. While this is an individual contributor role it requires senior-level expertise and ownership of content execution across multiple channels. This role also manages a portfolio of verticals ensuring alignment with specific vertical objectives and contributes directly to achieving QS and revenue targets for the Customer Communications team reinforcing its strategic importance.

What Sets You Apart
Wed love to hear from professionals who:
5 years experience in email marketing CRM communications or digital content.
Advanced proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar ESP.
Strong copywriting and editing skills for email SMS and app notifications.
Familiarity with customer lifecycle marketing and segmentation.
Exposure to multi-channel campaign planning.
Solid understanding of performance metrics and optimisation strategies.
Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable improvements.
Excellent stakeholder communication and collaboration skills.
