What Youll Be Doing

The Email Marketing Coordinator is responsible for designing and building visually engaging email campaigns and writing compelling content that aligns with brand guidelines. This role focuses on 70% email design and 30% content writing ensuring campaigns are optimised for performance and deliver a seamless customer experience. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite is essential for creating high-quality responsive email templates.

Key responsibilities include:

Design visually appealing EDMs and supporting assets in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign).
Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and deliver a consistent look and feel across campaigns.
Create responsive email templates optimised for multiple devices and platforms.
Collaborate with marketing teams to integrate designs into email marketing platforms (e.g. Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
Apply QA processes to ensure accuracy in rendering links and personalisation.
Conduct A/B testing on imagery and layout to validate design effectiveness.
Use performance metrics (open rates CTR conversions) to inform design improvements.
Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders based on data analysis.
Work closely with Customer Communication Specialists Direct Marketing and Brand teams to align creative output with campaign objectives.
Participate in planning sessions to ensure design supports strategic goals.
Stay up to date with best practices in email design accessibility and deliverability.
Recommend new tools techniques and approaches to improve creative performance.

What Sets You Apart

Wed love to hear from professionals who:

3 years experience in graphic design with a focus on EDM/email campaigns.
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign).
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email formatting.
Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g. Salesforce Marketing Cloud Mailchimp Campaign Monitor).
Strong understanding of responsive design principles and email client compatibility.
Ability to interpret data and apply insights to creative decisions.
Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
