About the Role
Land Access Coordinator Service Stream
Location: Melbourne Victoria
Employment Type: Permanent full time
About the role
Were seeking an experienced Land Access Coordinator to manage endtoend land access approvals across survey design and construction activities. Youll coordinate statutory notices (LAANs LIFDs) engage landowners and councils manage internal access workflows and ensure compliance with Schedule 3 of the Telecommunications Act. Your work directly supports seamless project delivery in a fastpaced national environment.
What youll do
- Manage land access approvals for works on public and private land
- Prepare and issue LAANs LIFDs and other statutory notices
- Identify and engage landowners occupiers and Body Corporates
- Resolve access issues objections and escalations
- Maintain accurate auditready documentation
- Monitor SLA performance ageing requests and delivery risks
- Collaborate with Design Survey Construction and external delivery partners
What youll bring
- Demonstrated Land Access experience within telco utilities or infrastructure
- Working knowledge of Schedule 3 and statutory notice processes
- Strong stakeholder engagement and coordination capability
- High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
