Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliverinquiry-based lessonsaligned withIB philosophy and Foster theIB Learner Profile Approaches to Learning (ATL) and international-mindedness.
- Design and implementformative and summative assessmentsin line with IB expectations.
- Collaborate incurriculum planning unit design and interdisciplinary learning.
- Support students academic social and emotional development.
- Participate actively inIB professional development training and school authorization processes.
- Work collaboratively with CBSE and IB teams to ensure asmooth transition to IB practices.
Eligibility & Qualifications
- Graduate / Postgraduate degree in the relevant subject.
- IB Category Training (Category 1 / 2 / 3) in PYP MYP or DP is a prerequisite.
- Prior IB classroom teaching experience preferred.
- Strong understanding ofIB pedagogy assessment practices and learner-centred instruction.
- Excellent communication collaboration and reflective practice skills.
