- Grow payroll financing origination from existing customers
- Convert PF-ready but inactive or underutilised accounts
- Increase usage frequency and ticket sizes
- Partner with Risk Finance and Ops to remove activation bottlenecks
2. Embedded Finance B2C (Employee Products)
- Drive employer consent and payroll integration readiness
- Work with Direct Sales Reps to scale employee activation and utilisation
- Use funnel insights to reduce drop-offs and improve conversion
3. SaaS Expansion & Upsell
- Upsell unbought modules including
- Run structured expansion conversations using value and ROI
- Collaborate with SaaS hunters CSMs on complex upsell deals
4. TAO & Funnel Ownership
- Own assigned segments of the expansion funnel
- Track and improve conversion from:
- Existing Activated Active Power users
- Forecast expansion revenue and identify at-risk opportunities
- Provide actionable feedback to Product Risk and Marketing
- Bachelors Degree from a reputable university.
- 5-8 years of experience in account management relationship management or sales roles.
- Experience in SaaS fintech or financial services is strongly preferred.
- Proven experience managing existing customer accounts and driving upsell or expansion revenue.
- A good understanding of payroll processes loans or workforce management is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Embedded Finance lending payroll-linked financial products or payments is a plus.
- Strong CRM usage and reporting discipline.
- Ability to work in a target-driven performance-focused environment.
