About the role
Lead and manage the delivery of facility and asset management services including staff contractors budgets and maintenance programs across the site.
Drive compliance safety and sustainability initiatives including audits fire safety WHS and energy/water conservation programs.
Oversee strategic planning including Asset Management Plans infrastructure upgrades and business continuity/disaster management.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to co-design consult and deliver efficient fit-for-purpose facilities and projects.
Provide high-level reporting project oversight and cost-effective management of contracts maintenance and preventative programs.
About you
Qualified in engineering facilities asset management or construction with hands-on experience.
A strong leader and problem-solver who can manage multiple projects and drive change.
Excellent communicator able to prioritise under pressure and meet deadlines with confidence.
Experienced in running preventative and reactive maintenance programs to achieve top performance.
Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office and AFM systems and solid knowledge of contracts compliance and Australian standards.
