Sunflower Functional Analyst

This position can be located in our Fairfax VA Lafayette LA or Knoxville TN offices. A hybrid working model is acceptable.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Serve as the subject matter expert for the Sunflower asset management application.
Configure maintain and optimize Sunflower to meet client-specific requirements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
Provide guidance on asset lifecycle processes including acquisition tracking utilization and disposal.
Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations workflows and best practices.
Conduct training sessions and provide user support for Sunflower functionality.
Ensure compliance with applicable regulations policies and audit requirements.
Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues in coordination with technical teams.
Participate in system upgrades testing and implementation of new features.
Analyze data and generate reports to support decision-making and operational improvements.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Bachelors degree in Business Information Systems or related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience with Sunflower asset management software (configuration and functional support).
Strong understanding of asset management principles and lifecycle processes.
Familiarity with federal property management regulations and compliance standards (e.g. FAR GAAP).
Excellent analytical problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
Knowledge of system testing upgrades and implementation best practices.


Preferred: Experience in government contracting or federal asset management environments.

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set level experience relevant training and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $62900.00 - $139300.00.
