About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Business Analyst to join our team. This role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals who are passionate about data problem-solving and improving business processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze business needs identify opportunities and support data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Gather analyze and document business requirements from stakeholders
Assist in developing functional specifications and process workflows
Analyze data sets to identify trends patterns and actionable insights
Support the development of reports dashboards and presentations
Collaborate with IT and business teams to implement solutions
Participate in testing validation and quality assurance processes
Monitor project progress and help ensure timely delivery
Continuously identify opportunities for process improvements
Qualifications :
Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance Economics Information Systems or related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Basic knowledge of data analysis tools (e.g. Excel SQL or similar)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
