BTS Process Analyst

Job Summary
The BTS Process Analyst is responsible for developing optimizing and maintaining e-record management workflows repositories and protocols within the Business Technology Solutions (BTS) Technology Quality Enablement team. This role centers on ensuring that the records related to technology processes are organized secure and accessible for cross-functional collaboration and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Design implement and maintain e-record repositories supporting BTS Technology processes with robust access controls versioning and audit trails.
- Consult with technical teams to enforce security standards for record management such as encrypted storage permissions management and automated retention policies.
- Collaborate across BTS teams to support process workflows for e-record management including onboarding approval modification archival and deactivation.
- Develop and maintain metadata standards content classification and taxonomy to facilitate efficient information retrieval in support of process enablement.
- Support communication and training in e-record management systems and BTS technology frameworks including building onboarding materials and process-related records.
- Align lifecycle management of e-records to organizational regulatory and data privacy requirements.
- Acts as techno-functional liaison translating business process requirements into system configurations and integrations.
- Optimize BTS technology process-related communication and enablement strategies with automated notifications record delivery and workflow integration.
- Maintain and regularly update BTS and BTS enablement process artifacts within centralized repositories ensuring consistency with evolving business requirements.
- Assist in implementing AI-driven solutions for automating e-record management workflows and supporting compliance in regulated environments.
- Support adoption and training of AI-powered tools aimed at enhancing process efficiency and secure record handling.
Qualifications :
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science Information Systems or a related field.
Demonstrated experience with enterprise e-record management systems (e.g. Veeva Vault SharePoint Microsoft 365).
Proficiency in configuring e-record management process workflows access controls and permissions for process enablement artifacts.
Knowledge of regulatory controls data security privacy and compliance standards (e.g. GxP ISO 27001 GDPR HIPAA).
Strong written and verbal communication skills to articulate technical and process enablement e-record and artifact requirements across teams.
Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities and deadlines.
Competence in record migration metadata tagging and classification for process enablement support.
Excellent time and project management skills to deliver high-quality record management solutions for BTS enablement processes.
Exposure to AI technologies or automation platforms relevant to e-record management (machine learning NLP RPA etc.) through academic or project experience.
Understanding of regulatory requirements for electronic records (such as GxP GDPR HIPAA) and ability to learn how AI can support compliance processes.

The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position. Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This job is eligible to participate in our short-term incentive programs.
