We are seeking a Manager who will act as a technical leader with deep expertise in Aurion Australian payroll processing and system this handson role you will lead solution design configuration issue resolution and delivery across implementations enhancements and transformation projects.
Key Responsibility
- Serve as the technical lead and escalation point for Aurion HR & Payroll engagements.
- Lead requirements gathering solution design and system configuration.
- Design and configure payroll elements including awards allowances leave calendars and complex scenarios.
- Troubleshoot payroll issues and ensure accurate compliant system configuration.
- Deliver Aurion implementations and technical workstreams on time and to scope.
- Support engagement planning governance reporting and risk management.
- Estimate effort accurately and support commercial management.
- Collaborate with other KPMG teams to deliver integrated workforce solutions.
- Build strong client relationships and contribute technical input to proposals.
- Validate data and support reconciliation across payroll cycles.
- Manage multiple engagements while maintaining high delivery standards

- Strong handson Aurion HR & Payroll configuration experience.

- Background as a technical lead or senior specialist in consulting or enterprise payroll.
- Strong understanding of Australian payroll legislation and compliance.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and build strong stakeholder relationship
