Were seeking an experienced Facilities Contracts Manager to lead the procurement management and performance of our facilities and fleet contracts across all Epworth sites.

This is a senior influential role where youll partner closely with operational leaders to ensure facilities services are reliable compliant costeffective and aligned with Epworths purpose Every Patient Matters.

Reporting to the Group Manager Facilities & Asset Management youll take ownership of contracts from tender through to performance management while building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.

Key responsibilities

Youll lead the effective management of Epworths facilities maintenance and fleet contracts ensuring service delivery compliance and value for money.

Key highlights include:

  • Manage and administer facilities maintenance contracts across all sites monitoring supplier performance against KPIs customer service outcomes and legislative requirements
  • Lead tender processes including preparation of specifications evaluation supplier selection and contract implementation in line with Epworths Procurement Policy
  • Oversee the groupwide vehicle and fleet portfolio including procurement leasing servicing incident management and reporting
  • Conduct cost and lifecycle analysis to support informed asset and procurement decisions
  • Build strong working relationships with hospital executives site facilities teams finance and procurement stakeholders
  • Lead supplier negotiations and ongoing contract performance reviews
  • Maintain accurate reporting and performance data including KPI tracking and financial forecasts
  • Identify supplymarket trends risks and opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Provide expert advice to senior leaders on contract supplier and asset management matters

Qualifications :

About you

Youre a confident commercially minded facilities or contracts professional who thrives in highaccountability roles.

Youll bring:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Procurement Engineering Facilities Business Management or a related discipline (MCIPS or equivalent highly regarded)
  • Extensive experience (5 years) in contracts management procurement and supplier negotiations
  • Strong financial acumen including cost modelling lifecycle analysis and budget oversight
  • Proven experience managing major service contracts within complex multisite environments
  • The ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders suppliers and operational teams
  • Strong analytical reporting and problemsolving skills
  • A proactive collaborative working style with sound judgement and attention to detail
  • Experience in healthcare or large regulated environments (desirable but not essential)
