The Business Finance Manager partners closely with key business stakeholders in ANZ Area and International Commercial and Finance teams in driving the forecasting LBE Budgeting and Long range planning process for the Australia and New Zealand aesthetic business. This role will works closely with the commercial leads in modeling to understand customer market share size of the market opportunities and price mix impact.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for timely and accurate lodgments of monthly forecasts key driver of the annual planning process and Long Range strategic Planning process.
- Working closely with Area International and local teams in market share modeling using the M3 models for Injectables
- Work closely with key stakeholders in establishing the demand forecast and understanding any supply constraints and ensuring financial impact is built into forecast.
- Experience in the use of market share data from various sources. Comfortable in the use and building of market share models and linking to sales forecast.
- Partner with Medical Aesthetics team with all innovations including New Product launches.
- Ensure monthly Commercial Marketing Pack and Performance Management Pack are completed reviewed and lodged on time
- Analysis of customer and product mix impact on the average selling price and understand impacts whilst working closely with the trade channel lead and other key stakeholder to reflect impacts on forecast.
- Partnering with the Medical Aesthetics teams providing analysis and strategic direction with regards to key customer groups to unlock growth.
- Working across the finance team in process and control improvements across the business and ensure the organisation is in compliance with local regional and global policies
- Ensuring local finance monthly closure tasks and journals are supported and signed off in compliance with SOX requirements
- Report any adverse event within 24 hours as per Allergans policies and procedures
- Support Allergans Quality Management System and internal auditing processes.
- Proactively participate in Allergans WHS programs adhere to policies and promote a safe work environment at all times.
- Adhere to Allergans internal codes of conduct and compliance processes.
- Other ad hoc duties such as administrative duties as requested.
Qualifications :
- Successful completion of relevant tertiary qualifications in Finance including CA / CPA / CIMA
- Minimum ten years working experience within the Finance function. Should include experience in financial accounting planning and forecasting S&OP process.
- High level of comfort in dealing with large volumes of data systems and ability to use tools such as Power BI
- Experience working within the pharmaceutical industry is desirable
- Strong understanding of financial reporting requirements whilst hands on in the development of budgets sales forecasts and modeling
- High level of numeracy accuracy and attention to detail
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word and Powerpoint. Advanced skills in Excel
- Prior experience using SAP and SAC is essential
