In this pivotal role as Service Coordinator youll directly engage with community members whove been invited by the Ministry of Health to participate in our Bowel Screening Programme. Your friendly demeanour and cultural sensitivity will inspire and support their involvement.
Your day-to-day will be diverse and rewarding:
- Reach out to community members guiding them through the process of completing a Bowel Screening kit
- Be the welcoming voice on the other end of the line fielding incoming calls answering questions and motivating participation
- Seamlessly manage administrative tasks that uphold the accuracy and quality of our information system

Qualifications :
Pehea koe About you
- A strong understanding of Te Ao Māori and Pasifika customs and cultural practices is advantageous
- Excellent attention to detail with proven ability to follow procedures and write clearly
- Passion for customer service excellence
- Adaptability quick thinking and ability to multitask effectively
- Energy and resiliency in your work approach
- Understanding of Te Tiriti O Waitangi and commitment to increasing equity for Māori Tangata Whai Ora
- Whakarongorau Aotearoa acknowledges Mana Māori and mātauranga Māori as a professional skill set
