Were looking for a Mens Programme Facilitator to join our team.
In this role youll co-facilitate group programmes complete assessments and reviews and provide individual and whānau support where needed. Youll bring a holistic approach and understand that real change takes time trust and consistency. Youll know how to build rapport hold boundaries and support people through some tough but important mahi.
Our preference is for a registered social worker but we know great people come from different backgrounds. If you hold another relevant human service qualification and bring strong experience working with vulnerable people wed still welcome your application. This is specialist mahi so youll need sound judgement strong boundaries and the confidence to work well with vulnerable people.

This is a permanent role 37.5 hours per week Monday-Friday. Hours are 8:30am 4:30pm. Once or twice a week youll run an after-hours programme from 1pm 9pm.
Because this is a Core Childrens Worker role the successful candidate will need to complete the required safety checks including Police vetting in line with the Childrens Act 2014.
