Were looking for a Mens Programme Team Leader to join our team.
In this role youll lead the day-to-day delivery of our mens programmes ensuring services are safe effective and grounded in best practice. This is a frontline leadership role so youll be actively involved in programme delivery yourself while also coordinating staff providing case direction and supervision and supporting the team to manage workflow risk and client outcomes well.
Youll work closely with the GM Service Delivery to lead team meetings support programme quality and ensure practice meets organisational and Ministry of Justice standards. Youll bring a strong practice lens to the role helping your team reflect well work safely and deliver services that are accountable culturally responsive and focused on meaningful change.
Youll be a registered social worker with solid experience behind you and a strong understanding of what this mahi asks of people. Previous leadership experience is important but just as important is your ability to lead from the front build trusted relationships and bring out the best in others.

This is a permanent role 37.5 hours per week Monday-Friday. Hours are 8:30am 4:30pm.
Because this is a Core Childrens Worker role the successful candidate will need to complete the required safety checks including Police vetting in line with the Childrens Act 2014.
