A leading organization with a strong enterprise ITenvironment is seeking an experienced Endpoint Management Engineer tosupport and evolve its Modern Workplace & Device Management ecosystem.

This role is ideal for a proactive professional with strongexpertise in Microsoft endpoint technologies who enjoys working instructured enterprise environments and driving continuous improvement acrossdevice lifecycle management.

Your Mission

As an Endpoint Management Engineer you will manageand optimize the full lifecycle of enterprise devices across Windowsenvironments ensuring security compliance automation and operationalexcellence.

You will play a key role in strengthening the organizationsModern Device Management strategy while ensuring high levels ofperformance and security.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full device lifecycle:
• Enrollment
• Provisioning
• Configuration
• Patching
• Compliance
• Decommissioning
• Design and maintain standardized configurations policies and security baselines
• Administer and optimize:
• Microsoft Intune
• Windows Autopilot
• Implement and enhance Modern Management solutions including GPO coexistence
• Automate provisioning reporting and operational workflows through cloud integrations and enterprise APIs
• Monitor system performance availability and security posture
• Proactively troubleshoot and resolve incidents
• Maintain clear technical documentation and continuously improve platform capabilities following best practices

Technical Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field
• Proven experience managing enterprise-scale endpoint environments
• Strong expertise in:
• Microsoft Intune
• Autopilot
• Entra ID
• Windows 11 Enterprise configuration
• Experience with:
• Modern Device Management
• GPO coexistence strategies
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Proactive resilient and assertive mindset
• Microsoft certifications (plus)
