THE ROLE
We are looking for a #TechTalent to work as aApplication Production Support Engineer for a national project.
YOUR DAY TO DAY
- Provide technical and functional support to users;
- Manage production incidents (service restoration communication coordination Post-Incident Reviews PIR);
- Monitor the proper execution of processing activities (batch jobs data flows transfers);
- Contribute to production dashboards and continuous improvement initiatives;
- Support application releases and act as a production expert for IT Operations teams.

- Key Technical Skills
- ITSM & Production: ServiceNow;
- Linux (RHEL) Docker Kubernetes / OpenShift;
- CI/CD & Automation: Git Jenkins Ansible Terraform;
- Operating Systems: Linux / Unix / Windows;
- Scripting: Python Shell YAML;
- Observability & Monitoring: Splunk ELK SysDig Dynatrace;
- Scheduling: Control-M;
- Cloud: IBM Cloud;
- Middleware: Kafka CFT Spring Boot;
- Security: Illumio strong authentication.
- Methodologies
- ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library);
- Resilience & Business Continuity: DRP (Disaster Recovery Plan) BCP (Business Continuity Plan) HA (High Availability).
- Transversal Skills
- Problem analysis and resolution;
- Definition and monitoring of performance indicators (KPIs).
- Fluency in English(written & spoken).
