Job Summary
What makes your job special
- Providing methodical coaching to project team members in the roles of Product Owner and cross-functional developers (such as software developers business analysts and UX designers)
- Promoting agile values and principles across projects
- Designing and overseeing agile processes within and beyond the team
- Developing valuable solutions as a team in accordance with our clients strategic roadmap
- Coordinating and facilitating meetings (e.g. daily stand-ups sprint planning retrospectives)
- Identifying and resolving obstacles conflicts and risks
- Advising our clients on strategic technical and methodological challenges
- Diverse projects at Germanys leading financial institutions
What we want from you
- At least three years of professional experience as a Scrum Master or Release Train Engineer in supporting agile change processes in software development
- Expertise in the methodology of complex IT projects
- Knowledge of Scrum and other methodologies such as Kanban or SAFe
- Desirable: Project methodology Scrum Master and/or SAFe/Nexus certification and a background in software development
- Ideally experience in the financial sector
- University degree in computer science business informatics industrial engineering or a comparable field
- Fluent in written and spoken English (C1-Level) and Portuguese (C1-Level)
