MICROSOFT365 ENGINEER (MAIA - HYBRID)

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Microsoft 365 environments including Exchange Online Exchange On-Premises and hybrid setups
- Configure and manage mail flow connectors policies and anti-spam solutions
- Ensure compliance and data protection using tools such as DLP AIP Retention Policies and Microsoft Purview
- Monitor performance availability and security of email services
- Implement and maintain email policies retention rules and compliance configurations
- Troubleshoot issues related to email flow access and system errors
- Administer Exchange Online Protection (EOP) spam filtering and threat management
- Support user onboarding/offboarding mailbox provisioning and license management
- Collaborate with IT teams to integrate email systems with business applications
- Ensure backup disaster recovery and data protection strategies
- Maintain documentation of configurations procedures and changes
- Stay updated with Microsoft 365 best practices and innovations
Required Profile
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field
- Strong experience with Microsoft Exchange Microsoft 365 and Promodag
- Solid knowledge of Entra ID Active Directory DNS SMTP and PowerShell scripting
- Experience with email security and compliance including Microsoft Defender for Office 365 DLP AIP and Purview
- Experience in task automation (provisioning reporting policies)
- Knowledge of Azure fundamentals for Microsoft 365 workloads
- Ability to create and maintain internal scripts
- Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills
- Proactive mindset resilience and assertiveness
Nice to Have
- Microsoft certifications such as MS-102 or MS-203
