Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate external field partners ensuring SLA compliance and quality standards
- Plan and allocate work orders (WOs) optimizing routes and schedules for operational efficiency
- Oversee resource availability inventory and equipment for field operations
- Drive process optimization automation and continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to enhance procedures and runbooks
- Monitor performance through KPIs and implement improvement actions
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a First Time Right culture
- Analyze operational data and deliver insightful reports and recommendations
Required Profile
- Degree in Engineering (Telecommunications Electronics Industrial Management) or related field
- Proven experience managing field technical teams and/or coordinating service partners (telecommunications or similar sectors)
- Strong knowledge of field operations work order management and resource logistics
- Experience in KPI analysis process optimization and operational performance management
- Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Autonomous proactive and results-oriented mindset
- Experience with project management tools and information systems (CRM ERP field service platforms)
- Fluency in Portuguese
