Job Summary

Position Overview

Provide high-level administrative technical and operational support to the operations director. Ensuring compliance with regulations managing documentation and assisting with training and incident reporting. Key responsibilities include maintaining safety records scheduling various saftey and security trainings coordinating audits and managing communication with operation team members.

Desired Qualifications

Education/Certification:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • One of the following: 2 years of college Associates Degree or must pass a test of basic skills in reading math and writing


Special Knowledge/Skills:

  • Ability to use personal computer and software to develop spreadsheets and databases and do word processing
  • Proficient typing keyboarding file maintenance and 10-key skills
  • Ability to meet established deadlines
  • Strong Organizational written and verbal communication skills with close attention to detail and confidentiality.

Experience:Data entry management software databases budget tracking and office skills
