Job Summary

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to the following:

Collaborate with internal and external clients in developing business requirements
Develop analytic processes through learning and understanding data
Identify analyze prioritize and resolve client data quality
Perform cause analysis and resolution to data processing and data quality
Provide output data and reporting upon
Collaborate with users to gather data and reporting requirements and ensure proper testing and validation.
Run electronic file updates in production for

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

Experience in the PBM industry or retail pharmacy strongly
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel data manipulation within Excel and more complex Excel functions
Working knowledge of R&R for ad-hoc reporting
Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication
Ability to work in a team
Highly organized and motivated with excellent time management

EDUCATION

Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

The Business Analyst position requires sitting standing and occasional light lifting.
