Job Description
We are seeking dependable energetic bilingual (English/Spanish) Customer Service Representatives to join our Dominos team. This position plays a critical role in delivering outstanding customer service while maintaining food quality cleanliness and operational standards.

Responsibilities

Greet customers and provide friendly professional service
Take accurate orders in-store and by phone in English and Spanish
Resolve customer concerns respectfully and efficiently
Maintain a positive and professional store image at all times
Prepare products according to Dominos standards
Maintain store cleanliness throughout shift
Follow strict money handling guidelines
Wear Dominos-approved uniform
Apron required when handling food
Bike drivers must wear helmets
Maintain professional language (no profanity or inappropriate content)
Qualifications
Fluent in both English and Spanish (preferred)
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Basic math skills
Reliable and punctual
