Position Overview
We are seeking motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as a Customer Solutions this role you will assist clients with travel-related inquiries coordinate reservations resolve service concerns and ensure all booking details are accurate and complete.
This position combines customer service problem-solving and booking coordination in a fully remote environment. No prior travel industry experience is required comprehensive training and ongoing support are provided.
Key Responsibilities

Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries and support requests
