Position Overview
We are currently seeking service-driven detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Customer Care Travel Specialists.
In this fully remote role you will support clients with planning booking and managing travel while delivering exceptional customer care throughout the entire travel journey. From initial consultation to post-trip follow-up your focus will be creating smooth stress-free experiences that build long-term client relationships.
No prior travel industry experience is required. Comprehensive training and certification are provided. Multiple openings available.
Responsibilities

Assist clients with booking flights hotels vacation packages and tours

Provide professional responses to client inquiries via phone and email

Manage confirmations itinerary updates changes and cancellations

Offer destination recommendations and travel guidance

Ensure accurate processing of travel documents and invoices

Build strong client relationships to encourage repeat and referral business

Stay updated on travel policies promotions and supplier offerings

Maintain organized client records and booking details
Qualifications
