Key Responsibilities
PreOnboarding & Onboarding
- Coordinate preonboarding activities ensuring all candidate documentation is collected and verified
- Support onboarding processes including joining formalities and orientation setup
- Assist in induction coordination for new hires
Background Verification (BGV)
- Coordinate with external vendors and internal teams for timely background verification
- Track BGV status follow up for pending inputs and ensure closure within timelines
HR Operations & Record Maintenance
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation in an organized and accurate manner
- Support insurance-related inputs and coordinate with vendors for updates or queries
- Prepare and update HR trackers as needed
Employee Engagement
- Assist in planning and executing engagement activities and events
- Support communication with employees regarding engagement initiatives
Vendor Management
- Coordinate with external HR vendors for BGV insurance and other HR services
- Ensure SLAs are met and escalate issues when required
