As a key member of both the Asia HR team and India management team youll shape and deliver people initiatives that drive business success build our culture and create an outstanding employee experience across our Indian operations.
What Youll Do
- Partner with senior leaders to align people strategies with business priorities including organization design workforce planning talent management and succession planning
- Lead end-to-end HR operations: talent acquisition onboarding performance management employee relations compliance and benefits
- Implement global and regional HR strategies adapted for the Indian market
- Build a competitive diverse and inclusive workplace that attracts and retains top talent
- Champion FCMs culture and values across all functions and locations
- Ensure compliance with Indian employment laws and regulations (Labour Ministry EPFO)
- Develop HR metrics and analytics to provide business insights
What Youll Bring
- Relevant degree with 10 years HR experience across full spectrum
- 5 years of senior people management experience
- Strong knowledge of Indian Employment Law and regulatory requirements
- Proven track record leading organizational culture change
- Strategic HR Business Partner experience at senior leadership level
- Strong commercial acumen analytical and financial skills
- Exceptional leadership communication and influencing abilities
