Innovexis is a fast-growing EdTech organization focused on building career-driven programs internships and skill-based training for students across India. We are looking for a passionate and performance-driven HR Executive who understands the fast-paced EdTech ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment (Interns Trainers Sales Operations etc.)
- Source candidates through LinkedIn Naukri Internshala & other job portals
- Conduct screening calls and schedule interviews
- Coordinate with department heads for hiring requirements
- Manage onboarding & documentation process
- Track attendance performance & HR reports
- Maintain employee engagement & retention strategies
- Ensure HR compliance and policy implementation
Mandatory Requirements
- 13 years of HR experience in EdTech industry
- Strong recruitment & hiring experience
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Familiarity with HR tools Google Sheets ATS systems
- Ability to hire in bulk (Interns & Sales profiles preferred)
Preferred Skills
- Startup experience
- Target-driven hiring experience
- Strong understanding of sales hiring
- Immediate joiners preferred
