Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and organized Data Entry Executive Coordinator to support daily administrative operations coordinate between departments and ensure smooth internal workflow. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate between sales operations and accounts teams.
- Prepare quotations invoices and reports.
- Maintain customer and vendor records.
- Track order processing and follow up with internal teams.
- Handle documentation and filing.
- Manage email and phone communication.
- Assist in scheduling meetings and preparing MIS reports.
- Ensure smooth execution of day-to-day back office operations.
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in back office / coordination role.
- Proficiency in MS Office especially Excel.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Good organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
Preferred Attributes
- Experience in sales coordination or operations support.
- Knowledge of basic accounting or billing process.
- Experience in ERP systems.
