Job description: Role Objective
InterioKeys is in a growth phase where teams are expanding systems are evolving and accountability is critical. The HR & Admin Manager will be responsible for building structured people processes strengthening workplace discipline and ensuring smooth office operations. This role requires the ability to work in a dynamic environment manage ambiguity and collaborate closely with leadership while maintaining professional independence.
Key Responsibilities :-
1. Human Resources
Manage end-to-end recruitment including job description creation sourcing interviewing coordination and offer management.
Ensure quality hiring aligned with company culture and performance expectations.
Design implement and manage:
Onboarding and exit processes.
Attendance leave management and payroll coordination.
Performance review cycles KRAs feedback and documentation.
Act as a link between management and employees addressing concerns proactively.
Maintain accurate employee records HR documentation and compliance-related files.
2. Admin & Office Management
Oversee office operations including vendors facilities inventory and utilities.
Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the office.
Manage travel arrangements logistics and basic procurement.
Support and enforce professional conduct punctuality and workplace discipline.
3. Culture & Compliance
Contribute to building a professional performance-oriented workplace culture.
Ensure statutory and labor law compliance (PF ESIC etc.) directly or through external vendors.
Reduce operational dependencies on leadership by independently managing routine people and admin matters.
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong verbal and written communication in Hindi and English.
Excellent coordination follow-ups and documentation skills.
Ability to be firm fair and professional while managing people.
Experience handling employee concerns objectively and constructively.
Comfortable working in a startup or evolving organization with limited predefined SOPs.
