Client: Heavy machine manufacturing Company
Duration: 1 Year (extension possible)
Location: Dubuque IA 52001
Shift: 1st shift Team Lead (5:30AM-3:00PM)
Duties:
Builds comms/feedback environment; ensures training/tools for success.
Monitors Control Plans; troubleshoots quality issues in production.
Administers policies procedures & work rules.
Tracks performance; corrects/disciplines; handles complaints.
Sets priorities/assignments/OT to hit delivery dates.
Plans equip maintenance; stays in budget; drives improvements/safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leads team on Safety Quality Delivery roles.
- Collaborates on schedules to meet targets.
- IDs skill gaps; provides training/development.
- Gives feedback; holds team accountable.
- Promotes continuous improvement ideas.
- Works daily/weekend OT as needed.
Required Skills:
- Leads/motivates diverse teams collaboratively.
- Resolves team conflicts effectively.
- Communicates well; solves problems in teams.
- Makes timely decisions.
- Knows safety standards/regulations.
- Competent in MS Office.
Education: Degree or equivalent experience.
