We are seeking an Operations Specialist to join the Admin Team in our Bangalore office. We are seeking someone who thrives in a growing environment and providing clients and colleagues with exceptional services.

What Work You Will be Responsible For:
Planning organizing and strategizing the daily operations and routine and taking accountability of the site facility operations
Maintain constant communication with management employees staff and vendors to ensure proper operations of the organization
Maintain the coordination and communication with the Landlord and property team
Grow the efficiency of existing organizational processes and procedures to enhance and sustain the organizations internal capacity
Managing operation team members Eisner team and vendor partner
Daily planning/debrief
Meeting Notes and documentation
Procurement inventory and invoicing for the office
MIS Reports preparation/tracking
Organizing employee engagement activities
Organizing parties & get together activities internal and external
IT assets coordinating tracking and distribution for your site
Tracking Fixed Assets repair and maintenance
Tracking contracts and renewals
Making travel arrangements and detailed travel itineraries
Liaising with property consultants for long term office leases
Overseeing and Coordinating with Car Rental company for daily employee transportation service
Basic qualifications for the opportunity
You have proven 5 to 7 yrs. of work experience in office management office operations office administration & office travel & event management
You have a bachelors degree in commerce or a related field
You have excellent organizational and time management skills
You are experienced in vendor management and purchasing
You can work independently and in a team environment
You have excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
You have strong communication and interpersonal skills
