Role Overview
- We are looking for a proactive and people-focused HR Generalist to manage end-to-end HR operations employee lifecycle processes and support business leaders in building a positive and compliant workplace. The role requires hands-on experience across core HR functions including recruitment employee engagement performance management payroll coordination and HR compliance.
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles (sourcing screening interviews offers)
- Coordinate onboarding documentation and induction programs
- Ensure smooth joining experience for new hires
2. Employee Lifecycle Management
- Handle employee records confirmations transfers and exits
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze attrition trends
- Manage HRMS and employee data accuracy
3. HR Operations & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with labor laws statutory requirements and company policies
- Coordinate payroll inputs attendance leave and benefits administration
- Support audits and maintain statutory documentation
4. Performance & Engagement
- Support performance management cycles (goal setting reviews appraisals)
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and HR programs
- Act as a point of contact for employee grievances and queries
5. Policy & Process Implementation
- Implement and communicate HR policies SOPs and best practices
- Support culture-building and organizational development initiatives
- Partner with business stakeholders on people-related matters
Key Skills & Competencies
- Experience in recruitment and HR operations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism
- Strong coordination documentation and follow-up skills
- Hands-on experience with HRMS and MS Excel
Qualifications
- Graduate in any field MBA / PGDM preferred.
- 3-7 years of experience in an HR Generalist role
