Job Description
We are looking for a Zoho Administrator to manage customise and optimise the organisation’s complete Zoho ecosystem. The candidate will be responsible for day-to-day administration automation integrations and user support across Zoho applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Zoho One / Zoho apps (CRM Books Creator Desk People Analytics etc.)
- User management roles profiles permissions and licences.
- Customise modules workflows blueprints and reports.
- Create automations and custom functions using Deluge.
- Handle integrations with third-party tools and APIs.
- Maintain data accuracy security and dashboards.
- Provide internal support and coordinate with Zoho support.
Required Skills
- Strong experience with the Zoho ecosystem (Zoho One preferred).
- Zoho CRM customisation and automation.
- Deluge scripting knowledge.
- API / webhook integration experience.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
Preferred
Zoho certification
