This role requires strong market awareness customer understanding and the ability to drive product initiatives from ideation to  will work closely with Engineering Design Marketing Customer Support and Leadership to deliver high-quality products aligned with business goals and customer expectations. Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Strategy and VisionDefine and communicate a clear product vision aligned with business goals and market opportunitiesBuild and prioritize the product roadmap based on research data and stakeholder inputProduct Development LifecycleCollaborate with engineering design and marketing teams to manage product development from concept to launchLead agile product development processes including sprint planning backlog grooming and release managementMarket Research and Customer InsightsConduct market research competitive analysis and gather customer feedbackMaintain a deep understanding of customer needs behaviors and pain pointsCross-functional CollaborationWork closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall company strategyServe as the key point of contact for stakeholders and leadership on product progressPerformance Metrics and ReportingDefine and track KPIs to evaluate product success engagement and ROIAnalyze product data and present insights to leadership for decision-makingGo-to-Market StrategyCollaborate with Marketing Sales and Customer Support on product launch planningEnsure product positioning aligns with market demand and customer expectationsTeam Leadership and AlignmentOversee and guide product team members including UI/UX Business Analysts and Scrum MasterEnsure team efforts align with product goals and timelinesPerform other related product leadership responsibilities aligned with business prioritiesRequired SkillsProduct Management ExpertiseMin 8 or more years of experience in product management within software or tech- driven industriesAt least 6 years in a senior product leadership roleProven track record of successful product launches and scaling productsTechnical and Analytical SkillsStrong understanding of agile methodologies product development lifecycle and engineering practicesExperience with product management tools such as Jira Confluence Aha or similarStrong analytical ability to interpret data and make data-driven product decisionsCommunication and LeadershipExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to influence cross-functional teams and drive alignmentLeadership capability to guide teams and foster innovationPreferred SkillsExperience in travel hospitality or e-commerce industriesUnderstanding of customer experience strategies and optimizationFamiliarity with user-centered design and collaboration with UX/UI teamsKnowledge of analytics and CRM tools such as Google Analytics Mixpanel  business acumen with an entrepreneurial mindsetSoft SkillsStrategic thinking with execution focusStrong ownership and decision-making abilityAbility to operate in fast-paced environments with evolving prioritiesEducationBachelor's degree in Business Engineering or related field requiredMBA or Master's degree in Product Management or similar preferred
