What Youll Do

Lead & Execute

  • Lead and manage 8 to 10 SDR Teams supporting EMEA Middle East & APAC
  • Own SDR pipeline generation ensuring consistent contribution to revenue targets
  • Drive aggressive outbound and inbound execution across regions

Coach & Develop

  • Actively coach SDRs
  • Conduct regular 1:1s performance reviews and development planning
  • Build a strong bench of future Team Leads and Managers

Operate & Optimize

  • Establish track and enforce clear KPIs (pipeline conversion activity quality velocity)
  • Ensure Salesforce hygiene forecasting accuracy and reporting discipline
  • Continuously refine process tools and playbooks to increase efficiency and conversion
  • Partner closely with Sales Marketing and Revenue Operations to align strategy and execution

Build Culture

  • Create a high-performance high-accountability culture
  • Set clear expectations address underperformance decisively and recognize excellence
  • Foster continuous learning competition and growth

Experience Youll Bring

  • 3 years managing SDR/BDR teams in SaaS or high-tech environments
  • Proven success consistently hitting or exceeding pipeline targets
  • Strong track record of coaching SDRs into top performers and promotions
  • Deep experience with Salesforce plus tools like Gong Outreach/SalesLoft LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Strong analytical skills comfortable managing by data not anecdotes
  • Excellent communication skills with the confidence to lead across cultures and geographies
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced global performance-driven organization
  • Bachelors degree (or equivalent experience)
