What Youll Do
Lead & Execute
- Lead and manage 8 to 10 SDR Teams supporting EMEA Middle East & APAC
- Own SDR pipeline generation ensuring consistent contribution to revenue targets
- Drive aggressive outbound and inbound execution across regions
Coach & Develop
- Actively coach SDRs
- Conduct regular 1:1s performance reviews and development planning
- Build a strong bench of future Team Leads and Managers
Operate & Optimize
- Establish track and enforce clear KPIs (pipeline conversion activity quality velocity)
- Ensure Salesforce hygiene forecasting accuracy and reporting discipline
- Continuously refine process tools and playbooks to increase efficiency and conversion
- Partner closely with Sales Marketing and Revenue Operations to align strategy and execution
Build Culture
- Create a high-performance high-accountability culture
- Set clear expectations address underperformance decisively and recognize excellence
- Foster continuous learning competition and growth
Experience Youll Bring
- 3 years managing SDR/BDR teams in SaaS or high-tech environments
- Proven success consistently hitting or exceeding pipeline targets
- Strong track record of coaching SDRs into top performers and promotions
- Deep experience with Salesforce plus tools like Gong Outreach/SalesLoft LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Strong analytical skills comfortable managing by data not anecdotes
- Excellent communication skills with the confidence to lead across cultures and geographies
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced global performance-driven organization
- Bachelors degree (or equivalent experience)
