What Youll Do:

• Responsibility to maintain a clean safe and comfortable environment
• Partner with Maintenance to schedule and coordinate apartment turnovers
• Monitor and order all cleaning supplies and paper products according to budget
• Maintain all daily housekeeping schedules and schedule new requests for housekeeping services
• Update all SDS books in the building
• Monitor all housekeeping services provided
• Hire train and supervise the housekeeping team including payroll.

What Youll Need:

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• 1 year of healthcare housekeepingexperience preferred
• 2-3 years of housekeeping supervision
