The Service Coordinator cum Front Desk Executive plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless client interactions and efficient operational workflows within our Noida (Sector-63) office. This position serves as the first point of contact for clients visitors and internal teams requiring a high level of professionalism organization and proactive communication.
Responsibilities:
- Manage front desk operations including greeting visitors answering calls and directing inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate and track service requests from clients ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of appointments visitor logs and internal communications.
- Serve as a central point of contact for clients and internal teams facilitating smooth information flow.
- Assist in scheduling meetings preparing documentation and organizing office supplies as needed.
- Support the service team with administrative tasks including data entry filing and report preparation.
- Ensure a clean organized and welcoming office environment at all times.
Requirements
- 13 years of experience in a front desk administrative or service coordination role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint) and basic computer literacy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Customer service orientation with a proactive and friendly demeanor.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
