Job Summary
Job Title: Quality Assurance Engineer
About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented QA Engineer to ensure the reliability performance and quality of our products. You will work closely with developers product managers and support teams to deliver bug-free releases and an exceptional user experience.
Key Responsibilities
Design develop and execute test plans & test cases
Identify document and track defects through resolution
Collaborate with developers and product teams on feature validation
Perform functional regression integration and UAT testing
Prepare test reports metrics and release sign-offs
Suggest process improvements to enhance product quality
Required Skills
Strong understanding of SDLC & STLC
Experience with manual and/or automation testing
Familiarity with bug tracking and test management tools
Knowledge of APIs databases and integrations
Good communication and analytical skills
Nice to Have
Experience with automation frameworks
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines
Exposure to cloud environments
