Job Summary
Otrix Life Science LLP is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Senior Business Development Executive with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities managing client relationships coordinating with internal teams and driving revenue growth. This role requires strong leadership skills strategic thinking and the ability to manage end-to-end sales processes.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation and amp; Business Growth
- Identify and generate new business leads through various channels (field visits digital platforms references cold calling etc.).
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand the companys market presence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and competitor activities.
2. End-to-End Sales Support
- Handle inquiries from clients and convert them into business opportunities.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Prepare and present product proposals quotations and negotiations.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain client satisfaction.
3. Coordination and amp; Operations Support
- Coordinate with vendors for procurement and supply-related requirements.
- Work closely with the warehouse team to ensure smooth order processing and timely dispatch.
- Ensure proper communication between sales warehouse and management teams.
- Monitor order status and resolve any operational issues.
4. Team Management
- Supervise and guide junior team members.
- Set performance goals and monitor team productivity.
- Provide training and support to improve team performance.
- Maintain discipline and ensure achievement of team targets.
5. Sales Target Achievement
- Achieve individual and team sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Track performance metrics and take corrective actions when required.
- Develop strategies to increase revenue and improve conversion ratios.
6. Reporting and amp; Documentation
- Prepare daily weekly and monthly sales reports.
- Maintain records of leads conversions and client communications.
- Analyze sales data and present reports to management.
- Provide insights and suggestions for business improvement.
Required Qualifications and amp; Skills
- Any Graduate / Post Graduate (MBA preferred).
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Business Development or Sales.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Leadership and team management abilities.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel Word PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
